Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the contact form, and/or on our legitimate interest in handling commercial inquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, for the period required by applicable legal obligations. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data will be deleted.
6. Recipients
Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. For email delivery we may use email infrastructure providers (such as Amazon SES or Mailgun) acting as data processors under GDPR guarantees.
7. Anti-Spam Protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect our contact form against automated submissions (bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
When the form is submitted, Turnstile silently analyses browser signals (such as page interaction, time on screen, and technical device data) to determine whether the submission is from a human or a bot. This process requires no action from the user and displays no visual element.
Data collected by Turnstile is processed in accordance with the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abusive use (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights by emailing support@adoredev.com with the subject "Data Protection".
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
