Our process
Four steps that take a project from idea to a system running in production.
Discovery call
A free 30-minute call where we listen first. We ask the right questions to understand your problem, your current stack and your constraints — not to pitch services.
You receive a written summary of the call and a preliminary technical feasibility assessment.
Technical proposal
Within 48 business hours we deliver a detailed proposal: architecture, chosen technologies, scope breakdown, estimated timeline and a fixed budget. No vague estimates.
The proposal includes a risk assessment and alternative approaches where relevant.
Iterative development
We work in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you see a working demo. Feedback goes directly into the next sprint. Communication via Slack or your preferred channel.
You talk directly with the engineer building your solution — no account managers, no intermediaries.
Deployment & handoff
We deploy to production, write technical documentation and set up monitoring and alerts. A handoff session ensures your team can operate and extend the system independently.
You own 100% of the code, infrastructure and intellectual property. Zero lock-in.

Yes. We work with early-stage startups that need to move fast and with medium-sized companies integrating AI into existing systems. The process adapts to your context and constraints.
A focused AI agent or conversational chatbot typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. A larger system migration or full RAG architecture may take 3 to 5 months. We give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — not one designed to win the contract.
Primarily Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock for model inference, Laravel or Python (FastAPI) for the backend, and the integration layer your business already uses (WhatsApp, Slack, REST APIs). We do not force a stack — we adapt to yours.
We work with fixed-scope, fixed-price projects wherever possible. For ongoing or evolving work we offer a time-and-materials model. Either way, there are no hidden costs — everything is agreed in writing before we start.
Small clarifications and minor adjustments are absorbed into the sprint. Meaningful scope changes are documented, priced transparently and agreed before implementation. We never work in the dark.
